If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it yourself:

  1. Go to the Freshdesk support page: https://springernature-gga.freshdesk.com/de/support/home

  2. Click on Sign In at the top right corner of the page.

  3. On the login page, click on Forgot Password?  

  4. Enter your registered email address and click on Reset my password.
  5. Follow the instructions sent to your email to complete the password reset. 


If you don’t have an account, you can still create a support ticket without logging in by clicking New Support Ticket on the homepage and providing your email address.
